Colombia seems to be a popular subject this week so I thought I'd add to the topic. When I saw this article I was amazed. It says that the Colombian president has issued an open invitation to bounty hunters to come in and search for rebels. If I hadn't seen it on CNN.com I'm not sure I would have believed it. My first thought was, does Colombia really need even more groups of armed men running around the country?
