Buenos Aires Club Fire

I was reading articles on CNN and came across this one about a fire in a Buenos Aires club that killed 192 people in December, which is now considered one of Argentina's worst tragedies in decades. The club owner, Omar Chaban was indicted after authorities investigated reports that the emergency exits were locked to stop people from entering without paying, thus also preventing people from leaving when the fire broke out.
