Immortal Technique

Immortal Technique is a very outspoken hip-hop artist who raps about social (in)justice and other politically charged themes. Many of his songs are about Latin America and one of his songs, Peruvian Cocaine, is relevant to some of the issues we've been discussing. The song is about the path cocaine takes from crop to the streets of the U.S. and he does a good job of connecting the plight of peasant farmers with those of the inner city.
