What is all this talk about secret treaty agreements on CNN lately? CNN has reported that the white house has been trying to push through this trade agreement "quickly and quietly." They don't point out a lot of facts to back that up, but they do provide a lot of interesting figures concerning the economies of El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, and the impacts of NAFTA on the US, Canada and Mexico.
