Cuba has recently decided to triple the size of its legal private economic sector, but start-up capital required to start businesses is quite difficult to ascertain in a country like Cuba. Economists believe that the majority of start-up business capital in Cuba will come from Cuban immigrants in the United States with relatives still in Cuba.
