Cuban officials send Colombian drug dealer to Colombia

The leader of Colombian drug cartel whose cartel was responsible for 30%% of the cocaine brought into the US is being held in Colombiia, awaiting extradition charges to the US. The Mr. Gomez Bustamante was arrested in Cuba on immigration charges in 2004, however Cuba decided to send him to Colombia to be transported to the US.
