Peruvian Election

I thought that it was interesting to see that this ex-President has just been put back into power. It seems to reflect the struggle that has plagued this country to get itself out of the economic depression. I just also thought it was interesting to see how he was able to get himself back into a position to become President again when he left in such disgrace and hatred...rather interesting to look at how the government works in such a different way than I traditionally think.
