I was looking on CNN.com, and this video/article definitely popped out at me. I found it amusing, yet shocking at the same time. Living in America and especially going to a laid-back school like Tulane, this story shocked me. A girl at a Brazilian university was banned after wearing a short dress to school. I wouldn't expect this from Brazil of all places, but its Catholic heritage and traditions are still surprisingly strong.
