Isolation in the Amazon

Many indigenous tribes in the Amazon region of South America live in isolation from the industrialized world by choice. They are under constant pressure from loggers and developers that threaten to push them off of their traditional lands. Efforts are being made in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador to protect these indigenous peoples. It is believed that there are some groups or people that have not yet been "discovered."
