Venezuelan bills seeks to limit baby names

Venezuelan parents have a reputation for coming up with crazy baby names, like Stalin, Tutankamen del sol, and John Wayne. A bill in the National Assembly seeks to limit bab y name choices to a list of 100 names, with exceptions for indians and foreigners. This might be the ultimat sign of an authoritarian government.
